The Technician-Sales agent will be responsible for the commercial and technical development of Novogreen in France. The role combines B2B sales, agronomic technical advice and strategic customer management, working closely with our production and technical support teams.
Roles and responsibilities
- Development and management of a client portfolio made up of golf courses, football clubs, sports facilities, municipalities and professional gardening companies.
- Active prospecting and opening of new customers in the French market.
- Technical advice on natural turfgrass, varieties, implementation, maintenance and performance of sports surfaces.
- Monitoring of turf installation, renovation and supply projects.
- Commercial negotiation and closing of B2B agreements.
- Coordination with Novogreen’s production and logistics teams to ensure quality of service.
- Representation of the company at fairs, sectoral events and professional associations (golf, football, greenkeeping).
Required Profile
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences or equivalent technical training.
- Previous experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in sectors such as turf, agriculture, landscaping, golf, football or sports surfaces.
- Demonstrated interest in natural turfgrass, sport and high-performance surfaces.
- Professional English compulsory: Spanish is highly valued for coordination with production teams.
- Flexible location within France, with a preference for the south of France due to proximity to production sites.
- Autonomous profile, results-oriented, with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to travel within France.
- Availability to join in 1–2 months.
- Valid driving licence.
